The seniors are looking forward to graduation. Although they are sad to be leaving Monroe Central, they are ready to move on.

Dear Senior Parents: This will be an exciting year for you and your student as well as a busy one. To preserve memories of this year for your student the Interactive Media class needs your help. For the yearbook, we need a senior picture February 1, 2013. If you will have trouble meeting the February due date, please let us know so we can plan for that. PSK will be scheduling composite pictures in November. Even if you have pictures taken at another studio, your student will need to have their picture taken for the composite that hangs on the wall. If you are unable, or choose not get pictures taken from another studio, we can use the PSK picture for the yearbook and video. There is no charge for the composite pictures. For the senior video we need: (by February 1, 2013) 3 pictures of your Senior growing up (we recommend)
Senior picture (a head shot works best and try to avoid sending in pictures with names on them for both the video and yearbook.) Copies of the Senior Video will be available after it is viewed. There is no charge, but you must provide the DVD. IT MUST BE A DVD-R OR WE CANNOT COPY IT! Please don’t wait until the last minute to purchase your DVD. You can send it in to us at any time! Please put your name on the DVD. Be sure to put your name on the back of all pictures you send in. If it is an especially treasured picture, please make a copy of it. There is always the possibility of it getting lost. Another option is to email it to us at mchs@mchs.k12.oh.us. Please make sure it is in jpeg format and the student’s name is in the subject line. Pictures will not be returned until the video is completed. Another opportunity that the MCHS yearbook staff is providing is “Senior Send-Offs.” These have become increasingly popular, since the senior yearbook is a treasured source of memories for a graduate. Many parents and relatives of graduates create warm personal messages for their favorite graduate. Please use this link for the price guide. For the second year, we are creating a full-color yearbook. Because of this, there is limited space for ads. Therefore, we cannot guarantee space. If you wish to purchase an ad for your senior, please send your ad and payment as soon as possible to reserve your space. Sincerely, |
