Course Description

Interactive Media I and II are now being offered at Monroe Central for the 2012-2013 school year.  It is a two-period block program that covers a two-year period.

Students training in the area of interactive multi-media will become competent in creating, designing, and producing interactive multi-media products and services. This program of study emphasizes the development of digitally-generated or computer-enhanced media. Students will use multi-media technology to develop products/programs for business, training, entertainment, communications and marketing. 

 

 

Through an articulation with Belmont Technical College, the students who successfully complete the two-year program, may test out of up to 19 hours.  

Interactive Media students also join the student organization, Business Professionals of America.  Competitions and Conferences are held at the Regional, State, and National Level.
